Lastly, basketball is intensive and requires quick movements. In basketball, if you’re not able to catch the ball perfectly every time, then you can jam a finger or hurt your hand. You can get hit with the ball, pushed around, and are commonly tussling with other players. The most common injuries in basketball are ankle sprains and knee injuries. Concessions and bone breaks are not as common, but still possible.
There are a lot of other sports that can get bad when it comes to injuries such as hockey, softball, volleyball, and even tennis. There are always fatal moments in most sports, but for common injuries, these are the ones that are the most brutal.
